Bay Area Center for Children

We at the Bay Area Center for Children love helping families and children of all ages through difficult times.  Whether your child is struggling with acting out behaviors such as defiance or hyperactivity, or internalizing problems like depression or anxiety, we can help.  We also help families through a number of life transitions such as divorce, loss of a loved one, moving homes or schools, or traumatic experiences.  We also provide preventative services for parents looking to help give their kids the best possible environment through developing their attachment, working on their parenting skills, or helping their kids to develop their social skills. We work with parents with infants, toddlers, preschool age, elementary school age, and tweens.  We are inspired by children's joy, courage and resiliency, and work to help them regain these qualities.
